Kauffman FastTrac Graduate Wins Mr K Award

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (May 29, 2014) — The Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce has named Bishop-McCann its 2014 Small Business of the Year. Bishop McCann’s founder and CEO, Dan Nilson, is a graduate of the Kauffman FastTrac program and was presented with the chamber’s annual Mr. K Award in front of a sold-out crowd of more than 600 people. The Mr. K Award is named after the late entrepreneur and philanthropist Ewing Marion Kauffman.
